CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to protect other patients’ reserved appointment times, please notify me as soon as possible if you cannot attend your scheduled session. If we are unable to reschedule another time during the same business week or I am unable to fill your scheduled time, you will be responsible for the full fee of your missed appointment.
INSURANCE PLANS:
I am currently not enrolled as a participating provider on any insurance panels. However, the billing statement can be submitted to your health insurance provider for partial reimbursement depending on your out-of-network insurance benefits.
